Community Guidelines

Entropy exists to help you build lasting health habits through community accountability and structured protocols. Every feature, posts, clubs, challenges, coaching, and messaging, is designed to support that mission. These guidelines exist to protect that environment.

Treat every member with dignity, regardless of their fitness level, background, or progress. Constructive support is always welcome. Mockery, condescension, or personal attacks are not.

Repeated unwanted contact, targeted insults, intimidation, or coordinated attacks against any member will result in immediate account suspension. Use the Block and Report features if someone is making you uncomfortable.

Content that dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics is strictly prohibited.

Entropy is a health and fitness community. Sexually explicit content, nudity, or graphic imagery is not permitted in posts, club content, challenges, or messages.

Threatening language, glorifying violence, or content that could endanger the safety of any person, on or off Entropy, is prohibited.

Unsolicited commercial messages, pyramid schemes, referral fraud, and deceptive promotions are not allowed. Authentic coaching and protocol offerings are welcome in the Marketplace under our Marketplace Terms.

Do not impersonate another person, coach, or brand, or misrepresent your credentials, results, or professional qualifications.

Do not post content that diagnoses medical conditions, promises specific health outcomes, or advises members to replace medical care with any protocol. Entropy is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Content that could put members at risk will be removed immediately.

Members may share their personal experiences and what has worked for them. However, do not give or solicit personalized clinical advice, such as specific medication recommendations, supplement dosing for a specific condition, or treatment plans, for other members. Direct serious health questions to a qualified healthcare professional. Coaches on the platform operate under their own professional and legal obligations and should clearly represent their qualifications.

Content involving illegal drugs, prohibited substances, illegal weapons, non-consensual imagery, or any other illegal activity is prohibited.

Every club may set additional conduct expectations for its members. Club admins have the authority to moderate their communities and remove members who violate club rules or these Community Guidelines.

Do not share another person's private information, including their location, health data, identity, or contact details, without their explicit consent. This includes health metrics, wearable data, recovery scores, injury history, and any other personal wellness information that another member has not chosen to make public. Re-posting or redistributing another member's health data outside of Entropy, in screenshots, other platforms, or any other format, without their consent is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.

Violations of these guidelines may result in any of the following actions, depending on severity and frequency:

• Removing content that violates these guidelines
• Warning the account responsible
• Temporarily suspending an account
• Permanently banning an account for severe or repeat violations
• Reporting content to law enforcement where required

You can report any content or account using the Report button available on every post, comment, message, club, and profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports.

We may update these guidelines as Entropy grows. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
