What sports does Entropy build protocols for?

Pickleball, tennis, basketball, soccer, and running to start. Each sport gets protocols built around how that body actually moves — ankle stability for basketball, shoulder prehab for pickleball, hip mobility for soccer. More sports are being added. If yours isn't listed yet, the general protocol engine still knows your wearable data and your movement history.

What's the difference between Entropy and a generic fitness app?

Generic apps give everyone the same plan. Entropy builds yours from your sport, your wearable data, and how your body feels today. A streak counter doesn't know you play pickleball three times a week and haven't done a shoulder stability exercise in months. Entropy does. That's the gap.

Will this actually prevent injuries?
